Today, we got our test back and i got a 99. The question i misses was the short answer on how the supreme justice get their job - Both nominate by president and confirm by the senate. For the rest of class, we went over the test one by one. One thing worth to mention is that Ryan persuaded Mr. Schick to gave us the point of the last question, since the instruction is somewhat ambiguous, equivocal, obscure, unclear, and opaque...... Good job, Ryan! You are our big lawyer!
